David J. Turek practices primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Products Liability.

Mr. Turek received his undergraduate degree, with honors and magna cum laude, from Carthage College. In 2002, Mr. Turek earned his law degree summa cum laude from Marquette University Law School. While at Marquette, Mr. Turek was a member of the Marquette Law Review and served as Senior Articles Editor. In addition, he authored Affirming Ambiguity: Reeves v. Sanderson Plumbing Products and the Burden-Shifting Framework of Disparate Treatment Cases, 85 Marq. L. Rev. 283.

Mr. Turek volunteers for the Milwaukee County Small Claims Legal Clinic and is a member of the Carthage College Alumni Council.
