Beth E. HananDownload Profile Download List of Appeals Beth Ermatinger Hanan, a member of the firm, focuses on appellate practice and trial work. She has argued numerous cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and has frequently served as amicus curiae counsel. Ms. Hanan was a law clerk to Justice Janine P. Geske of the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the 1996-97 and 1997-98 terms, and also served as interim law clerk for Justice David Prosser. Ms. Hanan is Chair of the Wisconsin Judicial Council, and also serves on the board of the Milwaukee Bar Association. She is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the ABA, the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, the Association for Women Lawyers, the Defense Research Institute and the Wisconsin Defense Counsel. She has served on the board of directors of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Association for Women Lawyers, and the Litigation Section of the State Bar. Ms. Hanan received her undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
