Beth E. HananBeth Ermatinger Hanan is the Firm’s Managing Member. Ms. Hanan focuses on appellate practice and trial work. She has argued numerous cases before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and has frequently served as amicus curiae counsel. Ms. Hanan was a law clerk to Justice Janine P. Geske of the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the 1996-97 and 1997-98 terms, and also served as interim law clerk for Justice David Prosser. Ms. Hanan is Vice Chair of the Wisconsin Judicial Council. She is an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the ABA, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, the Association for Women Lawyers, and the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin. She has served on the board of directors of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Association for Women Lawyers, and the Litigation Section of the State Bar. Ms. Hanan received her undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
