Daniel J. KennedyDaniel J. Kennedy has experience litigating cases in both federal and state courts. Mr. Kennedy joined Gass Weber Mullins after practicing in the Chicago office of Jenner & Block, LLP. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara B. Crabb of the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Mr. Kennedy received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Illinois in 2004. While in school, he served on the editorial board of the University of Illinois Law Review and authored Nonjury Juvenile Adjudications as Prior Convictions under Apprendi, 2004 University of Illinois Law Review 267. Mr. Kennedy also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois. Mr. Kennedy is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. |
