Daniel S. Elger received his undergraduate degree with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy (2001) and obtained his law degree cum laude from Marquette University Law School (2005), where he served as a member and editor for Law Review (2003-2004).

Mr. Elger served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jon P. Wilcox of the Wisconsin Supreme Court (2005-2006) and served as an intern for the Honorable Lynn S. Adelman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (2004) and the Honorable John L. Coffey of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit (2003).
